Digital Products (Beats, Plugins, Presets, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.
However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, such as a corrupted file or a product that does not function as described, we will gladly assist you. In such cases:
- We will offer an exchange for the same product.
- If the issue persists, we may offer a replacement of equal or lesser value at our discretion.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase at support@jokabeatz.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
Physical Products (if applicable)
If you purchase a physical product from Joka Beatz, we accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. To qualify:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Custom and Personalized Products
Custom orders, including exclusive beats or personalized services, are not eligible for returns or refunds. These are final sale items due to their unique nature.
